Distances:
1.2 Mile Competitive Swim (Timed – 13 year minimum age)
2.4 Mile Competitive Swim (Timed – 16 year minimum age)
Time cut-offs:
All swimmers must be capable of completing the distance you have entered and must be able to complete your respective event within the given cut-off time.
1.2 Miles – 1 hour
2.4 Miles – 2 hours

We will have a mass beach start for each event.
Race day registration & Packet pick up will begin at 4:00pm and close at 5:30pm.
Current Pricing: 1.2 miles – $35, 2.4 miles – $45
Directions
From Boulder: Take 119 North to E County Line Road. Left on E County Line Road. In less than a mile, turn Right on Co Rd 26 (look for brown Union Reservoir directional signs). Follow to parking.
From Denver: Take 25N to Exit 240 (119W). Right on E County Line Road. In less than a mile, turn Right on Co Rd 26 (look for brown Union Reservoir directional signs). Follow to parking.
From Fort Collins: Take 25S to Exit 243 (66W toward Longmont/Lyons/Platteville). Four miles to E County Line Road. In just over two miles, turn Left on Co Rd 26 (look for brown Union Reservoir directional signs). Follow to parking.
MUST BRING A COPY OF YOUR RECEIPT TO PROVE ENTRY IN RACE TO RECEIVE $5 DISCOUNT AT FRONT GATE! Please bring $5 CASH to cover front gate entrance fee. If you bike in, the fee is $2.
The Solstice Swim is part of the Kinetics Solstice Festival. The Kinetics Solstice Festival has something for everyone! The days events include: The Annual Kinetic Sculpture Race (previously held at Boulder Reservoir), the Kids Recycled Raft Race, Solstice Swim, bands, food, beer and fun! $10 per carload if you do NOT have a race entry receipt ($5 with a receipt) or $2 to ride your bike. All races have registration fees associated with them.
